SISOMA Connect – Terms of Service

1. Introduction
 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SISOMA Connect, provided by Plus M3 Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using SISOMA Connect, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description
 SISOMA Connect allows you to link your social media accounts (LinkedIn Personal and Company Pages, Facebook Company Pages, Instagram Company Pages, Meta Business Accounts, and TikTok Business Accounts) to the SISOMA or Halio platform so that we can post on your behalf and provide analytics.

3. Eligibility and Permissions
 By using SISOMA Connect, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to connect and manage any accounts or pages you link.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and the terms of the social media platforms you connect to.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you schedule or publish via SISOMA Connect.
  • We do not monitor or approve your content before posting.
  • You must ensure your content is lawful, does not infringe intellectual property rights, and complies with the connected platform’s policies.
  • You must not use SISOMA Connect to post spam, misleading content, or any content that violates the policies of the connected platforms or applicable laws.

5. Platform Performance
 We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime, errors, or changes to API functionality from LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, or any other connected platform.
  • Loss of functionality caused by changes made by these third parties.

6. Data Use and Privacy
 Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy ([link to Privacy Policy]).

7. Third-Party Terms
Your use of SISOMA Connect is conditional on your continued compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform, and any breach of those terms may result in termination of your access to SISOMA Connect:

 We may suspend or terminate your access to SISOMA Connect if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or the connected platforms. You may disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SISOMA Connect. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms
 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email, in-app notification, or both.

11. Governing Law
 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
