1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Plus M3 Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use SISOMA Connect. SISOMA Connect is a feature within our SISOMA and Halio platforms that allows you to connect and manage your social media accounts, including LinkedIn Personal and Company Pages, Facebook Company Pages, Instagram Company Pages, Meta Business Accounts, and TikTok Business Accounts.

By connecting your social media accounts to SISOMA Connect, you explicitly authorise Plus M3 Ltd to access and use the account data and permissions you grant via the platform’s authorisation process, including posting content on your behalf. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following data when you use SISOMA Connect:

Personal data: Name, email address, profile information, page IDs, authentication tokens.

Non-personal data: Usage logs, posting statistics, device/browser information.

We do not collect cookies through SISOMA Connect.

3. How We Collect Data
We collect data directly from you and via API integrations with LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok when you authorise SISOMA Connect to access your accounts.

4. How We Use Your Data
We process your data solely for: Posting content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.

Providing analytics on your posts and account performance.

Your data is not used for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing
We will never sell, rent, or transfer your personal data or any data obtained via LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok APIs to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. In addition, we do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required to provide SISOMA Connect services.

This includes:
Third-party service providers: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Gleap (bug tracking), Hotjar (analytics), and Facebook Pixel (performance tracking).

Social media platforms you connect (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok).

6. Data Storage and Retention
All data is stored in the United Kingdom.

Authentication tokens are retained until you request deletion of your account or disconnect your social media accounts. Any data retrieved via the LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok APIs is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the SISOMA Connect service, and in accordance with the permissions granted by you through the respective platform’s authorisation process.”

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@sisoma.ai.

7. Security
We implement industry-standard measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your personal data.

Restrict or object to processing.

Request data portability.

9. Third-Party Platform Terms
Your use of SISOMA Connect is conditional on your continued compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform, and any breach of those terms may result in termination of your access to SISOMA Connect:
